New Year’s Resolution 2017

We are finally in the year 2017 and like most people I have made some New Year’s Resolutions. The biggest one I intend to keep is by having a photoshoot each month. For the first month of this new year I was honored to have the first photoshoot at City View Farm, a beautiful landscape that was just begging to be photographed.

There were two challenges with this shoot. The first was being conscious of shadows. Since this shoot was done in the early to late afternoon, the lighting would change depending on where I was in the Farm. The second was the danger of slippery surfaces due to snow and ice. I’ll be honest, I stumbled a few times but I got right back to work. Below are some examples from my first shoot this year. The rest of the shoot can be found here.
